有網站說此油為半合成機油，不知是否如此?
簡單的說法是:
加氫精製機油跟全合成機油同等級
簡單的說明大致上可以這樣說
礦物油 = 從石油提鍊出來的基楚油
合成油 = 人工合成的基楚油
合成機油 = 部份礦物基礎油 加上 部分合成基楚油 + 添加劑
全合成機油 = 人工合成的基楚油 + 添加劑
加氫
精製機油 = 由礦物油再經過人工合成精鍊出來的基楚油 + 添加劑
加氫精製加工是一種比較輕微的加氫反應（hydrogenation），處理用以改善潤滑油的色澤、氣味，並移除表面活性物質，以加強消泡及解乳化能力。
在早年的定義,所謂全合成基礎油,是不用石油為原料,完全靠人工化學合成的潤滑油.
加氫
精製的原料源頭還是石油基,所以還是屬於GROUP III
人工合成的基礎油則是屬於Group IV (PAO),Group V (PolyEster)

其中有一段非常值得玩味的部份,我轉貼並大致翻譯如下:
In the late 1990s, Castrol started selling an oil made from Group III base oil and called it SynTec Full Synthetic. Mobil sued Castrol, asserting that this oil was not synthetic, but simply a highly refined petroleum oil, and therefore it was false advertising to call it synthetic. In 1999, Mobil lost their lawsuit. It was decided that the word "synthetic" was a marketing term and referred to properties, not to production methods or ingredients. Castrol continues to make SynTec out of Group III base oils, that is highly purified mineral oil with most all of the cockroach bits removed. Shortly after Mobil lost their lawsuit, most oil companies started reformulating their synthetic oils to use Group III base stocks instead of PAOs or diester stocks as their primary component. Most of the "synthetic oil" you can buy today is actually mostly made of this highly-distilled and purified dino-juice called Group III oil. Group III base oils cost about half as much as the synthetics. By using a blend of mostly Group III oils and a smaller amount of "true" synthetics, the oil companies can produce a product that has nearly the same properties as the "true" synthetics, and nearly the same cost as the Group III oil.

後記: 我這人就是太老實不會騙人,其實我只要說一句話就好:"這是全合成機油",根據上面的說法並不違背,不是嗎?
頭很痛嗎?如果真的懶的研究,那就相信好哥哥的選擇囉!不需要買太貴的機油,勤換才是王道!
