NEVER install Bosch spark plugs in ANY car in which they are not factory plugs (VW, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc). They can actually cause misfires and several of my service advisors at my shop have made this mistake several times in the past.
Basic electrical theory tells you that spark will travel up the path of least resistance, it will not go up the four prongs, it will go up the one with the least resistance and continue doing so until it no longer is the least and then go to the next prong. The plug will foul out before it uses up all four, so not only does it NOT give you a better spark, it also does NOT give you longer life.
